Eli Bay and The Relaxation Response Institute provide, on a regularly scheduled basis, the Beyond Stress program in Toronto, Canada.

You will learn how to turn on the relaxation response and release your body and mind from most of the harmful effects of stress. In each session you will learn and experience simple yet profoundly effective breathing, body movement, muscle relaxation, and mind focusing techniques.

Over 4 weeks, you will become progressively more familiar and skilled in achieving deep, effective relaxation on your own and you will, we guarantee you, start experiencing profound and meaningful changes.

The program provides 15 hours of training (5 sessions, one each week over 4 weeks), a support workbook and instructional CDs by Eli Bay to guide your practice and skill development.
